Is there a museum and an observatory that lets you walk on the moon?

Long story, short. Years ago, my girlfriend and I created a fantasy about ruling the moon and now I want to propose to her on the moon. I obviously can't take to her to the real moon so why not the next best thing? :) Surely there's a place with a moon-like surface or anything similar to the idea. help highly appreciated. :D
