How to ask out a girl in middle school?

ok so there is this girl we both really like each other A LOT and we both know it but idk y but i haven't asked her out yet for some reason. I dont really know what to say...please dont tell me like ask her to go to the movies...u dont say that in middle school..should i just say like you're a really amazing girl and i was just wondering if you would go out with me. thanks for helpin
