Didn't Indian minister Shashi Tharoor say correctly that no dispute in the world could be solved by a war?

He was answering to Rajat Sharma's & people's critical questions in 'Janata Ki Adalat' programme of INDIA TV. He disclosed that India's border disputes are world's biggest & most complicated ones of the world across Himalayas. Media are frightening people by giving selected informations to public b coz govt is doing so many things internally & very selected small informations are divulged. Strategy is being adopted such that the question of armed conflict never arises & govt is getting success too slowly. Those who talk of wars & curse govt., if obeyed, people's security would be more endangered, judged from all points of view combined. Across LOC, both nation's army cross whenever opposite one is not there & go back, not an unusual thing. Various departments are systematically doing best possible works to solve all problems peacefully & there is nothing to worry at all. He talked of big business already being done with China at large scale for the first time, unknown to most. No weak stand is taken anywhere. For any problem, all possibilities are essed thoroughly & long term repercussions of any stand is worked out before finalisation. There is nothing to worry, there is absolutely no possibility of any armed conflict anywhere. Are not his statements eye openers particularly for fascists who think that they only know everything & all others are great fools ?
