Is been Mexican considered a crime ?

Oh I hate it when those damn Canadians come into my country and breathe all of my patriotic air ! But wait I thought this wasn't a racial issue. Some people are seriously so dumb. I'm not saying that all of the antis are racist but I know of a few that are and usually the ones that are racist are kinda crazy too. What people don't seem to grasp it that only about 1/2 of illegals come from Mexico but do you ever hear any other race ociated with illegals? Of course not, the 30% of this country that are antis suffer from a bad case of xenophobia and too much Lou Dobbs.
