Pain after appendectomy?

I had my appendix out on Monday (so just about a week ago) and I have been having a lot of aches and pains since! I have been getting up to walk around every hour, and am making great progress. But my arms and legs have the strangest aches, including the crook of my elbow, right above my knee, my forearm, etc. I'm 23 and have never been on bed rest before. Is all this pain normal? It's mild and I haven't had any swelling or tenderness to the touch just a lot of weird aches! I'm worried about blood clots but I have been wearing compression socks. Any info would be great :)
