Question about my blue lobster?

ok heres the deal i have a blue lobster and going to be doing a science fair with him. i want to see some foods that i can feed him goldfish is going to be 1 i know that's safe but how about if i go to a grocery store and buy like raw salmon, scallops, please name as much food as they can eat please! i need like 5-8 people food or sea food or there food they can eat thanks to all who answer and btw hes a freshwater blue lobster.
