I need a great (not too complicated) Gimp tutorial?

I'm way more familiar with Photoshop, so Gimp confuses me a bit. I need a skin retouching tutorial if anyone could find one. And not just a "clone tool" type thing. A complete mask.. If you catch my drift. Bitte und danke :)
