Shin osaka to Osaka Itami Airport?

Looking at the bus schedule there is no bus that goes to Itami Airport at that time. The first bus doesn't leave until 6:20am. I would suggest changing to a hotel nearear to the Airport the day before you leave or you'll have to arrange a taxi to get you to Itami Airport, a taxi is going to range from 4000-6000 or so yen.
