Please help me figure out whats wrong with my Dad ?!?

Have you thought about bronchitis?? This is a pretty bad cough and although its not contagious it comes every year around same time. But if he had a blood test and nothing then not sure if that shows up but i would look at symptoms of bronchitis. Sorry i couldnt be of more help.
