Natural exercises/groundwork for biceps?

try some tricep dips off a chair, pushups, the plank for overall strength and core. stand with your legs shoulder width apart with your arms spread and begin to bounce them slowly. you should feel some pain and keep going until your arms are aching! also, do this exercise but instead of bounxing do small circles which gradually get bigger. This is really good for your arms and a key way to get toned and stronger in your arms.
