Is there any way to erase a horrible vision from the mind?

I walked in on my 87 year old housekeeper Mrs Humfrey's pleasuring herself over naked photos of Bruce Forsyth this afternoon. A sight no human being should have to view, I have been at the gin ever since but I can't shift the image from my mind, is there an imageotron remover or some such device I could use to remove the ghastly image from my mind.
