I'd like my wedding cake filler to be green, but some guests are allergic to pistachio, & mint is gross. Help?

just use food coloring! I made my brother and sister-n-laws wedding cake on St.Patty's day last year. white cake mix with green food coloring, white icing, words and shamrocks in green. They toasted with green apple pucker shots, it was cute. Good Luck and Congrats!!!!
