How do I get a program trough security?

I just got a monogramming and embroidering machine. It came with software that I put on my one computer because the other one does not have a working disk drive. I downloaded the software to a flash drive and have tried to get it on my main pc. Every time I try to open it, it gives me a message saying "failed to p trough security". I need this on my main computer with the printer so I can make a purse for one of my daughter's friends for a Christmas gift. How can I get it on my computer?
