Cataract surgery: Will sneezing dislodge the replacement lens?

Last week, I was booked for cataract surgery, which is to take place tomorrow morning. In the interim, I have developed an allergy which causes me to sneeze a lot and I have "coughing fits" occasionally. Should I be concerned that this will dislodge the replacement lens once it's inserted? (I'm taking Claratin which helps with the frequency of the sneezing, etc., but doesn't completely eliminate it).
