Can You still be in the guard if you have a VA disability % rating? If so, what is the highest rating? I need something in writing, I have asked the VA reps and they say the magic number is up to 60% and then I have asked my retention NCO and he says the magic number is 30%....does anyone know for sure and how can I find out, I have soldiers in my unit who are asking questions for their own benefit but no one seems to know that MAGIC answer and then I go web-sites here and all I keep getting is sarcastic remarks like in or out, you can't do both, I need DOENTATION people not your personal opinions...
