i think u dont use any kind of capsules or tablets yes it is right iff u are using these kind of things u lose your weight easily but when u stopped after some time u put double weight on urself trying to eat healthy foods jucies and taking exercise for 30 min a day u can do 10 min in morning 10 min in evening and 10 min in night \ or done together 30 min \start walking these are good but i suggest u to dont go wid capsules tablets , or diet soups etc
