Boy cooks brother...?

First of all, I live in Meade County, Kentucky. Well, today, me and my friend were talking about juvy and the like. She said her dad had talked to some officer and asked him what the worst thing that happened that got anyone put in there. The man told him that some 14 year old boy had cooked his two year old brother and eaten him. So, what I'm asking is, does anyone know if this really happened out here? OR do you know where I can find this kind of ifo? OR has this kind of thing happened anywhere, ever?
