Are the attacks on Charlie Rangell more reich wing racism or masonic hijinx?

Racism. When they talk about him on f0x especially, the always stress that he is the congressman from Harlem to put it in people's minds that he mostly represents black people. I won't say he's a saint or even a great guy, but he knows policy and is an effective legislator, even if he isn't the best at following the legislation he helps write.
